Terms of Use
Last updated September 10, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FaxQuik iOS app, website, and fax delivery services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Using FaxQuik
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of fax numbers, the content you submit, and confirming that you have the right and any required consent to send that content.
Prohibited use
You may not use FaxQuik to:
- Send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, or abusive content.
- Send unsolicited advertising, bulk messages, or spam.
- Harass others or violate privacy, intellectual-property, or confidentiality rights.
- Interfere with the Service or attempt to bypass limits, security, or abuse controls.
- Transmit malware or content intended to damage a device or network.
Plans and purchases
Send Once is a consumable purchase that adds 5 outbound page credits that do not expire. The 7-Day Send Pass is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that provides up to 50 outbound pages during a 7-day access period. Page Credits are used only after an included plan or pass allowance and require customer confirmation when a fax needs them. Plus plans provide up to 300 combined pages per month, and Pro plans provide up to 500 combined pages per month. Plus and Pro include an assigned U.S. fax number while eligible. Annual-plan allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Current prices and features are displayed before purchase and may vary by storefront.
Subscriptions and refunds
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase. The Plus and Pro monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account before renewal. You can manage or cancel them from Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting FaxQuik does not cancel the subscription. Canceling stops future renewals but does not end the current paid period. Access and the assigned fax number continue through that period and any applicable Apple billing grace period. When the entitlement expires, FaxQuik releases the assigned number. It may be reassigned and may not be available if you subscribe again. Apple processes App Store payments and determines refund eligibility under its applicable policies. Once a fax has been submitted and delivered, transmission resources have been used. If a fax fails, its reserved page allowance or Page Credits are restored. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Canceling stops future renewals but is not a refund. If Apple approves a refund, FaxQuik may remove the remaining benefits associated with the refunded purchase.
Delivery and availability
Fax delivery depends on third-party telecommunications networks, recipient equipment, document compatibility, and accurate destination information. A queued or transmitted fax is not a guarantee of receipt. Check the delivery status shown in FaxQuik. The Service is not intended for emergency communications.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FaxQuik and its service providers a limited right to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and legally maintain the Service. Free Fax documents are deleted after 24 hours and their receipts after 14 days. Send Once and 7-Day Send Pass documents are deleted 7 days after sending and their receipts after 30 days. Plus and Pro documents are deleted 30 days after each fax and their receipts after 90 days, unless you delete them sooner.
Medical information
You may use FaxQuik for personal documents when you have the right and any required consent to send them. You must not use FaxQuik to transmit protected health information (PHI) on behalf of a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, or their business associate. FaxQuik is not offered as a HIPAA-compliant service and is not currently designed for HIPAA-regulated use.
Service changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or changes in third-party services. Features and geographic availability may change.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by an incorrect destination, recipient failure, carrier interruption, or unauthorized use of your device or account. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
